European TeleMedicine Clinic (“TMC”) was acquired by Unilabs in November 2017. TMC is the leading European provider of teleradiology and telepathology services with a network of radiologists and pathologists across Europe and an office in Sydney to facilitate a 24/7 on-call service in Europe. TMC is also a leading player in elective teleradiology in the Nordics and one of the top four players in the UK on-call and elective markets.
David Carratt has been the Chairman of the board of directors for the last five years during a period when TMC was growing internationally and looking for the best options for equity value creation. He stepped down as a director when Unilabs acquired TMC.
