iTrinegy is a UK based, leading provider of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Network Emulation software technology to support the design, development and deployment of applications in network environments, with particular emphasis on the Cloud. iTrinegy works with leading global internet, enterprise and government customers including SalesForce, British Airways, Thomson Reuters, Starbucks and NASA.
We were chosen to help define iTrinegy’s future positioning and to evaluate iTrinegy’s expansion and funding plans. This was based on both our understanding of the market and investment knowledge, including if necessary, access to technology investors.
We worked closely with the iTrinegy founders and incoming executive team to define iTrinegy’s messaging and target positioning. iTrinegy has a huge advantage by being able to measure application performance in the network layer and has a proven track record of selling high-end network emulation solutions. However, through working with Vie Carratt, iTrinegy recognised it can also apply this technology to capitalise on significantly larger business opportunities in the higher value APM market.
Following our work, Graham Wood, Co-founder of iTrinegy, and Martin Ford, the incoming Managing Director, both expressed their appreciation and were impressed with the fact that we combine deep knowledge of such a technical market with the ability to position the business to create long term equity value.
