Vie Carratt has won a new client: Opsview Limited, one of the UK’s fastest growing software companies. Opsview provides an innovative software suite used to monitor business services and application availability based on all the underlying IT components, software, servers and network devices, which contribute to the performance of the overall application. Opsview delivers IT insight and control on an enterprise scale and works with leading global enterprise and government customers including MIT, Yale, Allianz, and Legal & General. Notable service provider customers include F5, IBM, Telefonica, Dimension Data, BT Plusnet and Colt.
Vie Carratt worked closely with the Opsview executive team to understand the current market dynamics and identify future growth market opportunities for Opsview. . As part of the work, Vie Carratt completed a detailed analysis of Opsview’s main competitors and conducted customer calls to identify the most appropriate positioning for Opsview. Finally, Vie Carratt analysed potential future exit paths and values, based on Opsview’s plan for the new market.
After this initial project, Vie Carratt will continue to provide ad-hoc consulting services to Opsview to support implementation of the new strategy.
