Vie Carratt has been working with Falcon.io since 2012 advising its founder and CEO, Ulrik Bo Larsen, on the evolution of the market and what this means for future directions. The company was about 10 people in size and had just raised 1M€ in funding. In six years, the Copenhagen based company grew to more than 200 people, raised around 22M€ in three rounds and expanded to the USA. We have helped them through the different phases with introductions to investors and a dedicated programme of analyst relations. We also helped the team on the repositiong of the brand from the initial Falcon Social to the current Falcon.io. In addition, our director, David Carratt, joined the Board in 2012 as an independent non-executive director. Earlier this month Falcon.io agreed to become part of Cision Ltd to create a powerful platform to support marketing communications.
